Project Manager (Developer/Builder | Multi-Sector Exposure)

A dynamic and growing real estate developer-builder is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. This is a unique opportunity for a construction professional who wants full-spectrum exposure across real estate development, design coordination, and construction execution—all within one integrated organization.

Position Overview

The Project Manager will oversee projects from early concept through construction completion, working directly with internal development teams, design consultants, and field operations. This role provides exposure to the full project lifecycle within a vertically integrated environment.

Projects span multiple sectors, including:

  • Commercial office and mixed-use developments
  • Retail and hospitality projects
  • Multifamily residential
  • Light industrial and flex space
  • Select specialty or adaptive reuse developments
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects through all phases: feasibility, design, preconstruction, and construction
  • Collaborate closely with development, design, and construction teams under one organization
  • Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, and budget
  • Support entitlement, permitting, and municipal approval processes
  • Oversee budgeting, pro forma alignment, cost tracking, and financial reporting
