What you will be doing:
- Taking ownership of large, ground-up and complex projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Driving schedules, budgets, subcontractor performance, and client relationships
- Leading coordination across field teams, engineers, and ownership groups
- Managing high-pressure timelines and solving real project challenges, not just reporting on them
- Working directly with leadership on project execution and strategy
