What you will be doing:

  • Taking ownership of large, ground-up and complex projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Driving schedules, budgets, subcontractor performance, and client relationships
  • Leading coordination across field teams, engineers, and ownership groups
  • Managing high-pressure timelines and solving real project challenges, not just reporting on them
  • Working directly with leadership on project execution and strategy
