- Join an established team of 3 physicians and 6 APPs
- Call structure: None
- Practice setting: Mixed inpatient and outpatient coverage for Pediatric General Surgery and Pediatric Trauma
- Employed position within a nonprofit health system
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Advanced Practice Provider
- Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
- Clinical Excellence: Drive high-quality surgical outcomes by managing patient histories, physical assessments, and diagnostic interpretations for both acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
- Continuity of Care: Facilitate seamless transitions for pediatric patients via direct treatment management and coordination with an integrated referral network
- PALS and ATLS certifications preferred

Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Nurse Practitioner specializing in Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Master's degree of Nursing required.
