This position is full-time and hybrid with onsite responsibilities located in Indianapolis, IN.
Role Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to provide strategic and tactical talent acquisition expertise.
- Manage comprehensive recruiting processes, which include posting positions, reviewing applicants, scheduling interviews, candidate selections, pre-hire preparation, and ensuring successful arrivals on first dates of employment.
- Apply total rewards strategies to ensure compensation package is market competitive for the position, aligns with customer expectations, and aligns with candidate skills and abilities.
- Ensure the right recruiting strategies are in place and executed effectively, coaches and assists leaders in selecting the best talent, and provides other consultative and project management support as requested by their leader, particularly surrounding passive candidate sourcing strategies.
Candidate Qualifications
Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required, or equivalent years of experience.
Requires 5-7 years of talent acquisition experience within a matrixed organization; healthcare setting preferred.
Requires detailed knowledge of internet sourcing and recruiting strategies and practices.
Requires expert knowledge of compensation structures and experience applying processes and guidelines for internal and external candidate hires.
Requires a knowledge and understanding of HR related regulations and laws (e.g. FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA; etc.).
Requires expertise and detailed knowledge in passive sourcing approaches, tools, and technologies.
Requires demonstrated success implementing sourcing strategies, process improvement initiatives, and measuring ROI.
Requires proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and an applicant tracking system.
