A respected regional General Contractor delivering commercial, municipal, and industrial projects across NW Indiana. The company has a strong backlog of local work and values Superintendents who take ownership of their jobsites.
Job Description
- Lead field operations and daily jobsite execution
- Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveries
- Maintain schedule discipline and weekly look-ahead plans
- Enforce safety and quality standards at all times
- Communicate progress and issues with PMs and ownership
- Drive timely project completion and smooth closeouts

The Successful Applicant
- 6 years of Superintendent experience
- Ground-up commercial or public works project experience
- Familiarity with Indiana codes, inspectors, and permitting processes
- Strong leadership and communication skills
