Responsible for the overall management of Parkview Health asset management portfolio. Includes all preventive and corrective maintenance of owned non-acute facilities and coordination of leased non-acute facilities and coordination of leased non-acute locations. Manages all acute and non-acute leases management responsibilities. Manages and oversees non-acute maintenance team and directs/coordinates all activities. Key Parkview Health representative in development activities to include coordination of all real estate and development tasks. Responsible for establishing strategy and plans for driving efficiencies and effectiveness in real estate asset management. The Director of Real Estate & Property Management will identify, evaluate, recommend, and execute acquisition and other real estate investment or divestiture opportunities on behalf of all communities. He/she will oversee all aspects of transactions including due diligence, site inspections, zoning approvals, valuation, negotiation of deal terms and legal documents, as well as manage the internal approval process through executive leadership and board members.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree. MBA preferred.
Licensure/Certification: Must have a valid Indiana driver's license.
Experience: Prefer 7 to 10 years of experience in development, real estate and property management. Experience in healthcare real estate preferred. Proficient in computer software for financial applications, negotiations and project management.
