1st shift - 6a-2p $15.40/hour
2nd shift - 2p-10p $15.40/hour
3rd shift - 10p-6a $15.40/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly: Carry out assembly tasks on the production line, following standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
- Inspection: Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards. Report any defects or issues promptly.
- Packaging: Responsible for packaging finished products, labeling, and preparing them for shipment according to specified guidelines.
- Machine Operation: Operate machinery and equipment relevant to the production process, ensuring proper functioning and reporting any malfunctions
- Efficiency: Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines. Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate suggestions to supervisors.
- Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.
- Documentation: Complete production logs, reports, and other relevant documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow and production continuity.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy loads 50 lbs.
- Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment is preferred but not required.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures
