In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Develop and maintain robust, data-driven forecast models for the site by integrating industry trends, historical demand patterns, and deep knowledge of customers, markets, and products.

Deliver actionable insights by comparing statistical forecasts to consensus forecasts, clearly highlighting variances, risks, and opportunities to drive informed decision-making.

Support site-level risk assessments by identifying demand-related risks early and partnering with cross-functional teams to define and implement mitigation actions.

Provide clear forecast error assumptions to the Inventory Optimization team and ensure alignment on demand assumptions across the planning process.

Monitor, analyze, and report significant changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies, ensuring timely visibility and proactive response.

Conduct monthly forecast maintenance, address demand-related issues promptly, and interpret and improve key performance indicators to drive sustained forecasting excellence.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

Collaborative, trust-centered leadership: Build partnerships across Planning, Inventory, Operations, Sales/Finance, and Suppliers; value diverse perspectives; drive engagement and hold self/others accountable to commitments while communicating clearly to varied audiences.

KPI-driven decision making: Interpret and balance materials and demand KPIs (e.g., forecast accuracy/bias, MAPE, OTIF, DOH, inventory turns, service levels); assess gaps vs. targets, understand end-customer impact, and optimize trade-offs without degrading adjacent metrics.

End-to-end planning mastery under complexity: Synthesize industry trends, demand signals, and consensus inputs to create a stable network master supply plan aligned to the demand plan; proactively manage risks/constraints, maintain monthly forecasts, and continuously improve processes for accuracy and efficiency.
