Temporary Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist
The accounts payable/receivable specialist will report to the executive assistant and is responsible for ensuring the company receives payments for goods and services, and records these transactions accordingly, and secures revenue by verifying and posting receipts, and resolving any discrepancies.

Temporary Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist Details:
Temporary position- $
25.00 to $ 30.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 09:00am to05:30pm )
- Pays invoices by verifying transaction information.
- Verifies transaction information; computing charges and refunds; preparing and mailing invoices; identifying delinquent accounts and insufficient payments.
- Collects revenue by reminding delinquent accounts; notifying customers of insufficient payments.
- Process incoming payments.
- Generate and review monthly reports.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions.
- Maintains financial security by following internal accounting controls.
- Perform administrative and other tasks as needed.
Temporary Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of general accounting experience
- 1-3 years of experience working with payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred
- Familiarity with QuickBooks
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
