Job Title: Packaging Specialist
Pay Rate: $18.31/hour
Location: Onsite – Jeffersonville, IN
Monday: 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Tuesday – Friday: 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Saturday: 12:00 AM – 8:30 PM
Overtime may be required based on business needs
Join a fast-paced, semi-automated production environment where you will support pharmacy operations by packing, sorting, and shipping prescriptions to retail pharmacies and customers. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain productivity throughout the shift.
Pack, sort, and ship prescriptions with 100% accuracy using standard operating procedures
Read computer-generated screens and select correct items for processing
Utilize company hardware and software systems for order fulfillment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
Perform additional duties as assigned
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous pharmacy or warehouse experience is a plus
Basic math, reading, and writing skills
Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
Ability to lift and carry:
20–30 lbs. for short distances
Up to 15 lbs. continuously throughout shift
Pay Details: $18.31 per hour
